Staging Prep was founded by Shirley Santa Rosa and Aline Sobral, two Bay Area entrepreneurs who saw the same gap from different sides of the listing process.
Shirley brings 18+ years in custom furniture and interior design as a cofounder of Furniture Envy and the founder of Santa Rosa Designs, a custom upholstery and furniture studio with an LA production facility. Her eye for design and deep network of trade resources mean every home we stage looks intentional, current, and aligned with the property's price point.
Aline founded Nova New Cleaning Services, a trusted Bay Area cleaning company, and brings the operational discipline and attention to detail that keeps a staged home looking show-ready from listing day through close.
Together, they built Staging Prep around a simple idea: the homes that sell fastest are the ones that are staged well, cleaned thoroughly, and prepped properly — and homeowners shouldn't have to manage three separate vendors to make that happen.
In partnership with a roster of trusted Bay Area painters, Staging Prep offers a single point of contact for the full prep-to-list process. Design, clean, paint — handled.
